The Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina stated on Thursday that measures have been taken to open border crossings for near-border traffic between the Republic of Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
“Measures have been taken to open border crossings for near-border traffic between the Republic of Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina in order to facilitate the crossing of the state border given the beginning of the new school year, the need to conduct economic and agricultural activities in border areas, in accordance with the Agreement between the Republic Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina on border traffic from 2013”, said the BiH Border Police in the press release.
Border crossings for near-border traffic will be opened today, and the crossing of the state border will take place in accordance with the mentioned Agreement and the existing laws, the statement reads.
