”The Initiative for Bjelasnica and Igman” claim that the Sarajevo company ZOI ’84 has significantly increased the price of ski passes for the upcoming season. They said it caused a revolt among visitors to the Olympic Mountains. They are asking for prices to be adjusted.

According to the Initiative, they believed that the Olympic Mountains would be at the center of winter activities that could make an exceptional contribution to strengthening the physical and mental health of the citizens of Sarajevo Canton and the whole of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Klix.ba writes.

“Instead of social responsibility, we were greeted by a new price list of ski passes, with a significant increase in price and caused a revolt of loyal fans of Bjelasnica and Igman,” they said, adding that children were primarily punished.

They explained the amount by which the price was increased and underlined that the offer remained the same.

“The price of a season ticket for children in pre-sale last year was 250 BAM, and this year it is 400 BAM (60 percent price increase). The price of a season ticket with night skiing for adults was 500 BAM in pre-sale last year, and 700 BAM this year (price increase 40) Night skiing was 50 BAM more expensive on a season ticket last year, this year by 150 BAM (300 percent increase). The offer is the same, ie nothing new has been done on night skiing “, they emphasized in the Initiative for Bjelasnica and Igman.
