The Council of Ministers of B&H have established the Draft Decision on ratification of the Grant Agreement of the Global Environment Fund (GEF) for the preparation of the Regional Project of the Drina basin routing B&H and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development functioning as the Agency for Implementation of the Global Environment Fund, worth 200.000 USD.
This is the way to strengthen the capacities of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro for planning and implementation of an integrated, cooperative international basin routing of the Drina and addressing the climate change adaptation in its basin.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will submit the Draft Proposal to the Presidency of B&H for a further procedure of ratification.
