Today, on a ceremony at the Centre for the basic training of the Armed Forces of BiH in Pazarić near Sarajevo members of the 11th generation of soldiers took an oath of allegiance to BiH and signed contracts on service in the AFBiH.
In the presence of top officials of the Ministry of Defence and the Armed Forces of BiH, NATO and EUFOR, members of the military and the diplomatic corps and representatives of international organizations, as well as families, friends and relatives, 284 young soldiers, of whom 28 girls took an oath of allegiance to BiH.
After having successfully completed basic training, they will be allocated to operational units of AFBiH throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina in the beginning of the next year.
