The company “Drvo-export” from Teslic, by purchasing land in Jahorina, started the implementation of a large project of construction of a total of seven hotels, apart-hotels, which will have about 80,000 m2.

In total, more than half a billion BAM is planned to be invested in Jahorina, the company “Drvo-export” from Teslic told.

This company, owned by Srdjan Kljecanin, bought over 56 dunums of land in Jahorina for 41,130,000 BAM through a direct agreement with the Ministry of Trade and Tourism of the Republika Srpska (RS).

”The plan is to build new trails and a gondola, as well as the construction of sports fields. With this investment, we want to enrich facilities of Jahorina in the coming years, and the realization of the project itself started with the purchase of land,” this company said.

It should be recalled that the auction for the sale of this land in the Ministry of Trade and Tourism of the RS was not held because only one bidder and his director Mladen Markocevicappeared.

The commission immediately concluded that public tendering could not be carried out, so they switched to direct dealing.

Thus, 12 plots with a total area of 56,405 square meters, for which the initial price was 41,127,730 BAM, were sold for “rounded” 41,130,000 BAM. He has 30 days to pay the offered amount.m, Biznis Info reports.
