5.5 million BAM Investment: Business Zone Lanara expecting 500 Employees

lanaraThe councilors of the Assembly of Municipality Teslić adopted the decision on the establishment of business zone Lanara within which the sale of parcels to investors would take place.

Surface of working – communal zone Lanara is about 14 hectares, and includes a total of 25 parcels, so that the expected number of newly employed workers, according to the study of the feasibility, is 450.

Individual parcels in the zone itself are about 5,000 m2, with the possibility of merging or more precisely merging into larger parcel.

In the next two years, it is foreseen to arrange the entire zone by the Plan for Capital Investment of the Municipality of Teslić, which requires allocation of 5.5 million BAM.

The regulatory plans is currently in preparation, and it should be adopted at the next session of the Assembly of Municipality Teslić.
