Fund of Canton Sarajevo for the construction of apartments this year continues with the residential building in settlements Rosulje and Sip, where should be completed and started great number of apartments. When it comes to Rosulje, a total of 485 apartments in 5 buildings has been built and occupied on this site so far, and the 6th building with 52 apartments is currently in the process of construction.

“This sixth building is planned to be finished in August. Moreover, this year we will start construction of a new building with 97 apartments, and we are entering the phase of designing additional 300 apartments, said Haris Hasanagic, director of marketing and sales of the Fund.

Hasanagic emphasized that there is great interest for the purchase of apartments at both locations, and that only a very small number of apartments is left for sale.

“The sixth building that is being constructed on Rosulje is already half sold. Now we have a contract with the Ministry of Veterans’ Affairs of Canton Sarajevo on purchase of 50-60 apartments. Only two free apartments remained on Sip,” he said.

“Payment terms for Rosulje are that the buyer must pay 30 % of participation and the rest can be paid up to 60 months without interest, while for SIP it is up to 40 months. This is still a great convenience and it saves a lot of money. If veterans’ populations is solving residential issue for the first time, they can agree the participation of 177 BAM per square meter in Sip with the Ministry,” said Hasanagic.
