The trend of a slight drop in food prices has affected Bosnia and Herzegovina, and what pleases the citizens of our country is certainly the lower price of gasoline and diesel at gas stations throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina.
According to data from the UN Food and Agriculture Agency (FAO), food prices on the world market have been falling for the third month, thanks primarily to lower prices of palm, sunflower and soybean oil, but also wheat, corn and sugar.
According to data from the application of the Federal Ministry of Trade, the price of a liter of diesel in Sarajevo ranges from 3.16 to 3.46 BAM, while a liter of gasoline can be purchased for 3.01 BAM.
In Bihac, a liter of gasoline ranges from 3.01 to 3.36, while diesel is from 3.26 to 3.46. In Mostar, the lowest price of diesel is 3.21, and a liter of gasoline is under 3 BAM – currently it can be found at a price of 2.96 BAM.
At the same price, you can find gasoline in Tuzla. The price of a liter of diesel ranges from 3.26 to 3.66 BAM. In Zenica, the lowest price of diesel is also 3.26 BAM, but the highest is 3.46. A liter of gasoline costs from 2.96 to 3.36 BAM.
It is worth pointing out that the prices are also 40 pfennigs lower from the middle of July. Of course, citizens are relieved, because many of them have to drive to their jobs.
