A coffin with the body of 20-year-old Said Hasanovic from Jelah near Konjevic Polje, who tragically passed away on Sunday from a heart attack, was sent from the capital of Turkey, Ankara yesterday, with the highest military honors.

It is important to mention that Hasanovic was a member of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina (AFBiH), and he studied at the Military Academy in Ankara, where he was a first-year student.

The Ministry of Defense and the AFBiH sent their condolences to the family of the deceased Hasanovic.

“Cadet Hasanovic will be remembered as an exceptionally good cadet, a good friend, and a comrade. In this way, the Ministry of Defense and the AFBiH, headed by Minister Sifet Podzic, express their deepest condolences to the family of the deceased cadet,” it was noted in the statement by AFBiH.

The funeral prayer will be performed today at 2 p.m., at the cemetery in Jelah, Pobudje, Klix.ba writes.
