The Government of the Republika Srpska (RS) adopted the decision to establish the investment project “Lion Hill Village” Trebinje, as a project of special interest for the economic development of the city of Trebinje and this region.
It also made a decision on the sale of land owned by the RS for the purpose of implementing this project.
By the same decision, the Government authorized the Minister of Trade and Tourism to conclude the Contract on the sale of real estate with the buyer “Nugo Holding” Trebinje.
The subject of the contract is land at the location of Gorica 2 Trebinje with a total value of 964,870 BAM.
Namely, the company “Nugo Holding” approached the Government for the realization of the direct foreign investment “Lion Hill Village”, the total value of which is about 300 million BAM.
According to the submitted project, the complex will include the construction of a residential and commercial building with 2,020 residential tourism units, and the project is planned to be implemented in three phases over a period of seven years.
The project includes the construction of a business-residential complex, hotel, restaurant, shopping mall, dental and medical facilities.
The realization of this project will further enrich the tourist offer of the city of Trebinje.
This is a project of the company “Nugo Holding” from Trebinje, which operates as part of the company “Brova Holding” from Norway, whose founders are members of the Andric family, originally from Trebinje.
