At the end of last week, a professional member of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina (AFBiH), Corporal Marko Trifkovic, showed his calmness and helped a civilian injured in a car accident, Klix.ba writes.

”Last Thursday, April 28th, Trifkovic, a member of the 6th Battalion of Logistics Support of the AFBiH from Banja Luka, on his return from the task, on the main road Bihac-Bosanski Petrovac, shortly after 7:15 p.m., he came across a SEAT civilian motor vehicle, which was badly damaged by the roadside, overturned on the roof,” it was announced from the AFBiH.

They added that Marko found that one injured person was in the vehicle in a serious health condition.

”The victim was showing signs of life, so Trifkovic started to pull the injured person out of the damaged vehicle. He also called an ambulance, and successfully pulled the injured person out of the crashed car and gave him first aid, until the ambulance and the competent police arrived. Corporal Trifkovic gave a statement to the police and continued driving at the main unit in Banja Luka,” they added from the AFBiH.
