A Job Ad that restored Faith in Humanity became a Hit on social Networks

In the mass of negative news, especially if we look back at the last few days and the Tuzla Canton (TC), there are also positive stories that restore hope for better people and a better tomorrow. These are examples that deserve public attention.

Namely, the ad of a bakery in Tuzla was published under the slogan “It’s time for babies”.

In our society, women are often afraid that they will lose their jobs due to pregnancy, and the owner of a bakery from Tuzla treats his six employees who are on maternity leave in a proper way.

He told that they will be replaced by new workers while they are on maternity leave, but that does not mean that they will be fired when the old workers return. On the contrary, he promises to keep them at work and believes that with this gesture he will encourage them to stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and dare to start a family here.

”All our employees who get pregnant even after going on pregnancy and maternity leave, always have their job guaranteed in our company,” says the owner of the bakery, Muharem Kabil.

Emina Bajrami Hodzic is among the six employees who are currently on maternity leave. Emina has been a part of this collective for six years, which, as she says, she would not change it. Employer support in her decision to be a mother while keeping her job is rare, but very important.

”This is a very important thing in today’s time and represents a relief and security for the future mother,” she points out.

To further support their employees and their families, the owners also offer bonuses for schoolchildren and babies, a non-working Sunday and numerous other benefits. Dozens of candidates applied for this ad in just 24 hours, and the owners say they did not expect such a response, Biznis Info writes.
