Elvis Bajramović, who died this morning, was hit by a car near Bihac yesterday around 5 p.m., it was confirmed for Klix.ba. Apparently, he was deliberately hit by Irman Žerić, who is charged with murder.

“The investigation is still ongoing. We can confirm that it is a criminal act of murder. The first was a serious traffic accident where a car driver hit a pedestrian who died this morning,” said the spokesman of the Ministry of Interior of Una Sana Canton Bahrudin Dželalagić.

According to unofficial information, Žerić deliberately hit Bajramović with his vehicle because of earlier disagreements they had. The police are conducting an investigation, and the case has been classified as a murder.

A frightening correspondence from Facebook was leaked on social networks in which Žerić brags to a friend that he “got his revenge” and admits that he hit “Eki” with a car.

“I got my revenge brother. That’s it,” he wrote in the message and sent a photo.

A friend asks him what happened, to which he replies: “I hit Eki with a car. He was walking. That’s all, end of story, brother. I had to take revenge and that’s it”.

Elvis Bajramović is survived by his wife and two minor children, and Žerić was arrested and will be handed over to the Una-Sana Canton Prosecutor’s Office after the criminal investigation.
