Mostar Airport announced yesterday that there was a forced landing of a smaller plane during which no one was injured.
“Today, Mostar Airport proved its readiness with a quick and efficient reaction to the forced landing of a smaller plane after the pilot reported a malfunction on the landing gear that could not be opened for landing,” the airport announced.
After the control tower announced the forced landing, all services led by the rescue and fire service of the Mostar Airport responded in a timely and adequate manner.
“The plane landed successfully and all passengers were uninjured, and they thanked the staff of the Mostar Airport for their quick and adequate assistance. We would like to thank all involved services for the excellent coordination and the successfully implemented action,” the airport added.
Traffic at the airport runs smoothly.
