The member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denis Bećirović, spoke with the ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Osamah Dakhel R. Al Ahmadi.

Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia continuously develop good friendly relations without open issues, with a tendency to improve cooperation, above all on the economic level. Trade exchange between the two countries in the past decade had an upward trajectory, but it is still below the potential, announced Bećirović’s cabinet.

Bećirović thanked the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the support that this country provided to Bosnia and Herzegovina in the process of post-war reconstruction and reconstruction.

At the same time, he expressed Bosnia and Herzegovina’s interest in increasing the scope of economic cooperation, primarily in the field of food exports, and in the field of construction, IT industry and tourism.

Thanking for the hospitality, Ambassador Al Ahmadi pointed out that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia firmly stands by Bosnia and Herzegovina and that it unreservedly supports its independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity.

He added that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will continue to invest in Bosnia and Herzegovina and provide support for social programs.

The interlocutors agreed that the possible abolition of visas would significantly facilitate the cooperation between the two countries, according to the statement.
