The RS government adopted an Action Plan for Employment yesterday for this year, which will be flexible and in accordance with the expressed needs and interests of users, announced the RS Prime Minister Željka Cvijanović.
“We have 25,5 million KM at our disposal for this purpose, from which around 9,3 million KM are for the realization of measures carried over from last year, while 16,2 million KM are for new employment, new initiatives and measures in this area that would be implemented this year’’, said Cvijanović to journalists after the session of the government in Banja Luka.
She added that the realization of this plan would be monitored on a quarterly basis.
Cvijanović said that along with this plan there would be an operative plan based on a quarterly review of the Action Plan, which would enable its change and redistribution in accordance with expressed needs.
She said that the funds that the government earlier promised should be directed for new employment.
“It is about 20 million KM for economic development incentives, 28 million for agriculture from last year and 60 million KM for that area in this year’’, said Cvijanović.
She added that the funds together with investment incentives and employment, and the means available for the Action Plan for Employment represents an important sum that could and should be directed towards new employment.
