Dodik: With the new Law, we are asking for all Property, if someone doesn’t want it, we will separate the RS

The President of Republika Srpska (RS) Milorad Dodik commented yesterday after the meeting of the ruling coalition on the changes to the Criminal Code of the RS, but also announced the adoption of the new Law on the property of that entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and secession if such a thing is not allowed.

He emphasized that the joint statement of the parties of the coalition will be published in order to familiarize the public with the details of future work on issues of interest.

“This coalition is dealing with important issues for the RS, one of them is the issue of property, but also the issue of future activities, how we will move,” pointed out Dodik.

European priorities and state property

Dodik commented on BiH’s European path and 14 priorities.

“We saw a hoax around those 14 priorities, they choose some and seek a solution and declare success. There are never any questions that are challenges for us such as the high representative and the judges of the Constitutional Court,” toldDodik.

He asks that all 14 priorities be considered equally and that they be discussed.

“Our answers will be very clear, but we refuse centralization onany issue, that will not happen. We have an answer to all 14 and we will never single out any issue,” he said.

In connection with the adopted temporary measure of the Constitutional Court of BiH suspending the application of the RS Property Law, Dodik said:

“There is no constitutional court in the world that passes temporary measures. There it is. This one passes, what kind of temporary measures? But that’s all right if it’s against the RS, but it is not going to pass. My request will now be, not only will we include this one, now we will do all the property, we will return everything to the RS. If you keep asking for property, you have destroyed BiH, we will not discuss it at the Council of Ministers. 15 years ago, there was an issue of promising military property from which they took all the property. We are not completefools. We will separate RS if you steal our property, so you keep saying Dodik secession. If it’s a question of take it or leave it, we will take it to leave it,” concluded Dodik, Klix.ba reports.
