The House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH adopted today the Decision on the election of members of the joint committees of both houses of the state parliament from the House of Representatives.
The members of the Joint Committee on Defense and Security of BiH, the Joint Committee on Supervision of the work of the Intelligence and Security Agency of BiH, the Joint Committee on Economic Reforms and Development, the Joint Committee on European Integration, the Joint Committee on the Administrative Affairs and the Joint Committee on Human Rights were elected.
Deputies also adopted the Decision on the appointment of members of parliamentary delegations from the House of Representatives.
These are BiH PA delegations in the Interparliamentary Group of BiH to the Interparliamentary Union (IPU); Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE); Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE); Parliamentary Assembly of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).
Members of BiH PA delegations in the Central European Initiative (CEI) were also appointed as well as the delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union for the Mediterranean (PAUfM), a delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH in the Parliamentary Assembly of Mediterranean and the Parliamentary Assembly of the South – East European Cooperation Process (PASEECP).
Deputies adopted the Decision on the appointment of members of the Committee for deciding on conflicts of interest, and Slavko Matić, Denis Zvizdić and Mira Pekić were appointed.
The House of Peoples previously made a decision according to which the members of this committee are Radovan Kovačević, Safet Softić and Ilija Cvitanović from that House.
This committee also includes the director and two deputy directors of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption and Coordination of the Fight Against Corruption.
The House of Representatives also adopted the Decision on the appointment of Ermina Salkičević-Dizdarević, Predrag Kožul and Milan Petković as members of the Committee for Selection and Monitoring of the Work of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption and Coordination of the Fight Against Corruption.
At the last session, the House of People appointed delegates Sredoje Nović, Zdenko Ćosić and Džemal Smajić as members of this committee.
The House of Representatives adopted a conclusion on the establishment of the Ad-Hoc Joint Committee of both houses of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH for the implementation of the procedure for appointing members of the Independent Commission for monitoring the conditions of stay in institutions, treatment and respect for the human rights of persons subject to criminal sanctions and other measures imposed in criminal proceedings by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, foreign courts for acts provided for by the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina or an international treaty to which Bosnia and Herzegovina is a signatory or another court in accordance with the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
MPs Aida Baručija, Milorad Kojić and Darijana Filipović were appointed members of the ad-hoc joint committee.
Delegates Radovan Kovačević, Marina Pendeš and Dženan Đonlagić were previously appointed to this committee from the House of Peoples.
Today, a conclusion was adopted on the establishment of the Ad-Hoc Joint Committee of both houses of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly in order to implement the procedure for the appointment of two deputy auditors of the Audit Office of Institutions of BiH.
MPs Nermin Mandra, Darijana Filipović and Miroslav Vujičić were elected as members of this ad-hoc joint committee from the House of Representatives.
Delegates Sredoje Nović, Kemal Ademović and Ilija Cvitanović were previously appointed to this commission from the House of Peoples, Fena reports.
