What was agreed at the 34th Regular Session of the Presidency of BiH?

presidencyThe 34th regular session of the Presidency of BiH was held after nearly three months.

The Presidency of BiH accepted the Loan Agreement (the Project of Employment Support) between BiH and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) and the Agreement between the Council of Ministers of BiH and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on cooperation in the field of tourism.

The Presidency of BiH adopted the Annual Report of the Central Bank of BiH for 2016 and received the Report of the Ministry of Defense in 2016.

The Presidency of BiH adopted the Decision on destroying ammunition and explosive ordnance of the Armed Forces of BiH, with which will be destroyed all incorrect ammunition and explosives which were identified as such after the completion of the control-technical review at the locations for storage of ammunition “Kozlovac” Tuzla, “Krcmarice” Banja Luka, “Duzi” Trebinje, “Krupa” Hadzici, “Kula 2” Mrkonjic Grad, “Blazuj” Sarajevo, “Gabela” Capljina and “Car Dusan” Rudo.

The Presidency of BiH approved the conclusion of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Security of BiH and the Ministry of Energy of the United States on the prevention of illegal trades of nuclear and other radioactive material.

The Presidency of BiH accepted the Agreement on amendments to the Agreement between the Council of Ministers of BiH and the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria on international road transport of passengers and goods.

The Presidency of BiH approved the conclusion of the grant between the Central Election Commission and the Council of Europe.

Moreover, they adopted decisions on starting procedures for conducting negotiations for conclusion of the Agreement between the Council of Ministers of BiH and the Government of the United States on the exchange of information related to security checks regarding terrorism, as well as the Amendment to the Agreement between BiH and the EU on security procedures for the exchange of confidential information.
