after floodsDirector of the FBiH Fund for Flood Affected Areas in the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Jasmin Jaganjac and Municipal Mayor of Domaljevac-Šamac Željko Josić signed today in Sarajevo tripartite agreements on allocating funds to final beneficiaries who suffered damages in disastrous floods.

This concerns 62 contracts which will enable the reconstruction of residential facilities for the same number of families in the territory of this municipality.

Around 266,000 BAM will be distributed to Domaljevac-Šamac Municipality from the Fund.

These are the first tripartite agreements in the FBiH territory which were signed between the Fund, the municipality and the final beneficiaries.

“Signing this agreement is a big deal for all citizens of Domaljevac. At the same time, this is a clear message that the citizens of Posavina are not left behind or forgotten and they will be provided with significant help in order to reconstruct their damaged homes as soon as possible,” Mayor Josić said.

Director Jaganjac once more called those mayors of the flooded municipalities who still haven’t signed the tripartite agreements to do so in order for designated funds to become operational and available to final beneficiaries.

These days, signing of tripartite agreements will enable the distribution of aid for small businesses in flood affected areas who suffered damages- after the signing they will be able to continue with their business activities, the PR Office of the FBiH Government said.
