Turkish Airlines’ budget arm, AJet, has abruptly scrapped its planned flight service between Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport and Mostar, which was scheduled to begin today.
Citing operational reasons, the airline has discontinued the route and halted ticket sales for the connection. The flights were intended to operate once weekly using a Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
The decision comes just weeks after AJet representatives and Turkish tour operators visited Mostar in preparation for the route’s launch.
