A major parade of police forces and a solemn ceremony will be held in Sarajevo the today to celebrate the 35thanniversary of the mobilization of the reserve police force of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
“From veterans to the new generation of police officers – together we will mark the jubilee, preserve the memory of significant moments of our history and remind of the importance of service, unity, and responsibility towards citizens,” said the Minister of Interior of the Sarajevo Canton, Admir Katica.
He said the parade will be held on September 19, at 2 p.m. along the route from the Eternal Flame to Skenderija, while the solemn ceremony will be held in the “Mirza Delibašić Hall” starting at 4 p.m.
“We call on Sarajevo citizens to join us on the city streets and be part of this special day together,” Katica emphasized.
