Ambassador Moon: Political Leaders Have to Find a Solution in the Next Two Weeks

The US Ambassador to BiH Patrick Moon said yesterday in Mostar that political leaders in BiH have to find a solution in the “Sejdić-Finci” ruling in the next two weeks.

“This will demand a compromise and a lot of work, and it is of vital importance to the citizens of this country’’, said US Ambassador Moon.

When asked to comment on the situation of the FBiH government due to the fact that OHR waived the records from the last meeting where Prime Minister Nermin Nikšić said that it was a coup, Ambassador Moon said that the situation with the Federal government “is such that it represents an example of how the government should not function”.

He said that all he wants is a stable FBiH.

“We would like for them to come together and form a government and to start working’’, said US Ambassador Moon.
