Ambassador of Republic of Croatia in B&H Del Vechio Visits Zenica

ambasador_hrvatskeAmbassador of Republic of Croatia in B&H Ivan Del Vechio visited today Zenica-Doboj Canton and Zenica city.

Ambassador Del Vechio met with the Prime Minister of Zenica -Doboj Canton Munib Husejnagić, with the Mayor of Zenica Husejin Smajlović and Dževad Zečić, with the Rector of University of Zenica and his associates.

During the meeting at the headquarters of Zenica – Doboj Canton they agreed on further cooperation of this local community with the Croatian regions.

“I want to say that cooperation is intensively developing, especially cooperation in regard to IPA funds. Cooperation will take place on projects of significance for some of the counties of the Republic of Croatia and for this canton, and I think if we successfully define the tasks, then we will have better chances to implement the projects for the general welfare”, said Ambassador Del Vechio.

Some specific projects, which will be implemented in the further period between the educational institution of this Canton and Osjek County were discussed, as well as cooperation in the field of economy.
