As part of preparations for donors conference, which will be held on 16 July in Brussels, the Ambassador in charge for economic affairs , reconstruction and development Pierre Duquesne will visit B&H on 1 and 2 July ahead of the preparatory conference foreseen on 8 July in Paris.
According to the French Embassy in B&H, Ambassador Duquesne will have meetings, especially with government authorities of B&H and of both entities, followed by a visit to Serbia.
The conference is scheduled for 16 July and will be organized for the benefit of B&H and Serbia. This conference will be co-chaired by France, Slovenia and EU.
50 participants will attend the conference, among which are representatives of 28 EU member states, the countries of Western Balkans, the main creditor countries, major international financial institutions and UN.
“The main goal of the conference will be co-operation and solidarity related to natural disasters. This conference will confirm the European solidarity”, said in a statement of the French Embassy in B&H.
