Ambitious students of Electrical Engineering at the 2nd Trainers’ Meeting

Electrical Engineering Students’ European Association (EESTEC), local committee Sarajevo , will, in the period from 1 to 7 March host 20 young engineers from all over Europe who search new knowledge and expanding their horizons at the 2nd Trainers’ Meeting.

The EESTEC Training Team is an official EESTEC body which provides different services for EESTEC and through those services, based on trainings, constantly improves the work of EESTEC on international and local level.

The 2nd Trainers Meeting is one of the most important events for the development of EESTEC Training Team and a step further for EESTEC.

The 2nd Trainers’ Meeting will be held in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Trainers and Trainer Candidates will have the chance to enjoy the rich Bosnian culture and heritage, which is an amazing clash of east and west. Participants will taste famous Bosnian cuisine like Ćevapi and Burek, visit popular world famous destinations and feel the atmosphere of a friendly people. Of course, famous landmarks will not be the only sights visited, but also some uncommon and lesser-known, yet equally breathtaking sights, which you can only experience with local organizers.

Any trainer or trainer candidate inside of EESTEC training team can apply, the focus is to work on personal development and organizational development so everyone is welcome.

Local committee Sarajevo has been founded in 2006, and since then it has organised a series of important projects.

By far the most significant projects are: Training for Trainers, My Powerful Software and eMovie Academy, then the international exchange EESTEC Winter Olympic Games in Sarajevo and high5 for LC Sarajevo, as well as local projects: workshop on Soft Skill Academy , Students’ Employment Fair, etc.

The project is supported by the dean of Electrical Engineering Faculty of Sarajevo
