Among Ten wealthiest People, Two from BiH

grbesic mirkoAmong the ten richest people in Croatia, as estimated by Forbes, there are two Croatians from Herzegovina- Andjelko Leko from Grude and Mirko Grbesic from Siroki Brijeg,.

Leko, the owner of the Sheraton and Westin, with an estimated wealth of around 100 million euros, occupies the fifth place, while Grbesic, owner of Kandit, Marasca, Saponia, Koestlin and Brodomerkur, occupies ninth place with an estimated wealth of 31 million euros.

In the valuation of assets of wealthy people, Forbes focuses on the ownership of the companies, or shares, reports Novi list.

The richest people in Croatia, in millions of euros:

  1. Ivica Todorić, owner of Agrokora – 4472. Family Lukšić, hotels – 283

    3. Emil Tedeschi, owener of Atlantic group – 203

    4. Family Besnier, owner of Dukat – 111

    5. Ante Vlahović, co-owner of Adris group – 100

    6. Plinio Cuccurin, co-owner of Adris group – 63

    7. Anđelko Leko, hotels (Sheraton, Westin) – 61

    8. Veljko Župan, hotels (Milenij Opatija. Solaris) – 46

    9. Mirko Grbešić, owner of Kandit, Koestlina, Saponija, Maraska and Brodomerkur – 31

    10. Branko Zec, co-owner of Adris group – 30.
