Analaysis: Prices of Apartments compared to 2015

apartmentsThe average price of new apartments sold in BiH in the fourth quarter of last year amounted to 1,649 BAM per square meter, with an increase of 1.9 percent compared to the average price in 2015.

Compared with the average price of new apartments sold in 2015, the average price in the fourth quarter of last year increased by 0.2 percent, announced the Agency for Statistics.

The area of new aqpartments sold in the fourth quarter of last year, compared to the same quarter of 2015 is increased by 41 percent, compared to the average area sold in 2015 increased by 133.4 percent.

When it comes to the average price of new apartments sold in BiH in the last year, it was lower by 5.1 percent compared to the average price of new apartments sold in 2015.
