Yesterday, Prime minister of Tuzla Canton, Bego Gutic, talked with the Director of the Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH (ITA) Miro Dzakula about the construction of infrastructure facilities on International Airport in Tuzla, which will be used for improvement of cargo traffic from this airport.
Prime Minister Gutic reminded that International Airport in Tuzla received permission from the Commission for Integrated Border management of BiH for cargo traffic last year.
He added that workers of ITA, State border service and all required inspections that are required to track export of goods of animal origin will be accommodated in this facilities.
Since International Airport in Tuzla received all necessary permissions that are required for export of goods of animal origin, the decision to invest 2 million BAM in this airport for accommodation for workers of this administration and other services was made on Governing Board of ITA, said director of ITA, Miro Dzakula.
Director of International Airport in Tuzla, Rifet Karasalihovic, announced that the first plane with groceries of animal origin will take off from this airport on the 1st of June, which will be the beginning of long-awaited and announced flights.
He stated that such improvements in International Airport in Tuzla are going in the direction of self-sustainability, reminding that a total of 108 new workers were hired on this airport last year.
