ecolfeEco Life from Tuzla is the authorized operator of packaging waste management systems founded in 2014 with the aim to, in the name of its customers- packaging manufacturers, importers, fillers, distributors and retailers, take the responsibility for the fulfillment of legal obligations for the recycling and recovery of packaging waste in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Besides the number of successfully completed projects in the last year, Eco Life entered the 2015 with new projects, this time on the region of Herzegovina. Together with the Mayor of Citluk, Ivo  Jerkic, cooperation for the establishment of so- called “Green Islands“ in this municipality is agreed.

“This project will include the setting up of the “Green Islands“ at the selected location in the urban part of this municipality, local communities of the Municipality of Citluk, as well as the education of users and media promotion in order to increase the awareness about the selective waste collection and establishing the integral system of waste management. Aim of this project is the strengthening the awareness about the responsible waste management, as well as the increasing of the general environmental standards in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and informing the public about the importance of collecting, selecting, and re- using of the waste on the environmentally most useful and the most acceptable way“, as explained from the Eco Life.

From Eco Life, also, are inviting all businesses to, as quickly as possible, involve in the packaging waste management system, fulfill their legal obligations and so to demonstrate their social responsibility and contribute to the establishment of a strong and efficient packaging waste management system. We are reminding that Eco Life is the cheapest operator of packaging and packaging waste in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
