Andrew Mayne Visited the BiH Ministry of Security

The UNHCR representative for BiH Andrew Mayne visited the BiH Ministry of Security.

In a meeting with the BiH Ministry of Security Fahrudin Radončić and his colleagues, the UNHCR representative expressed his willingness to support in finding durable solutions for internally displaced persons and returnees.

Minister Radončić expressed his gratitude for UNHCR’s support, and asked Mayne for assistance in championing initiatives to solve issues in acknowledging BiH ID cards as documents that can be used to cross the BiH-Croatian border after Croatia enters the EU.

President of the Association Aida Zubčević said that in the last few months’ problems were detected on the basis of which strategic guidelines were defined. Thus, they will work intensively in order to create better conditions and benefits for women entrepreneurships, promote positive societal attitudes towards entrepreneurs and the like.
