Angelina Jolie has made serious accusations against her ex-husband Brad Pitt. Namely, she claims that he is trying to force her to sign a non-disclosure agreement to cover up the fact that he abused her.
The two were married from 2014 to 2019 and have been feuding for a long time over the French winery Chateau Miraval, which they co-own. In 2022, he sued Angelina for selling her stake, claiming she breached the agreement.
In the latest court documents, her lawyers say that by selling her stake, she did not intend to hurt Brad in response to any decision about custody of their children.
“In fact, it was Pitt who refused to pay her compensation unless they signed a new, expanded $8.5 million nondisclosure agreement that was specifically drafted to force her to keep quiet about his abuse,” they wrote.
The former couple divorced in September 2016 after he allegedly physically abused Angelina and the children during a flight from France to Los Angeles.
Angelina recently stated in court documents that he abused her even before the incident on the plane, but that it was the first time he also hit the children, Klix.ba writes.
