Twenty-one people who received a stipend from the Hastor Foundation under the “Development Program Interns” are attending lectures that began on Monday at the ASA group.
The program is intended for scholars who have a university degree, but without any work experience. ASA group, as one of the donors of the Foundation, has been implementing this project for several years.
The program allows the best scholars to develop additional skills, competence, knowledge and confidence that would help them during their first contact with an employer and in their professional life.
Experts of the ASA group, with the help of several external speakers, will give lectures every working day from 17 modules that are focused on communication skills, basics of sales and customer relations, fundamentals of marketing and management, and business law and corporate communications.
Last year’s “Program Development Foundation Hastor” was attended by 14 scholars, and ASA group provided internships in leading BiH companies for most of them.
Foundation Hastor, in the 2012/2013 school year has 1.171 scholars. The main donors of the Foundation are companies that gather ASA and Prevent business system.
