12746129_1729678463935497_998378493_nAustrian HETA asset resolution (HETA) announced a public tender for the sale of the Hotel Holiday in Sarajevo. At the beginning, this is a call for submission of the intent for participation.

The hotel will be sold with associated land (land and buildings together referred as “the subject of sale”) marked as: cadastral parcel number 159, 158, 330, 360, 542, 543, 577, and 544.

The public tender emphasized that the subject of sale are only specified parcels of real estate and buildings, where the mortgage was established as security for claims of HETA.

The public tender for collection of offers is opened until the 1st of March 2016.

The hotel was built in 1983 before the Olympic Games in Sarajevo when it hosted many athletes and special guests. During the war it was damaged, but it started with the work again after the war. Then started the problems with the privatization.
