The gala reception in which “Poslovne novine” marked two jubilees, the 30th edition of “100 largest in the economy of BiH” and the 45th anniversary of its business operation, took place in Hotel Hills in Sarajevo last night. The Foreign Trade Chamber of BiH was the organizer of this event that gathered more than 350 leading businessmen from BiH.
“This is a project that is aimed at promoting domestic companies that are recording excellent results, whose quality of products and services is recognized in the world market, and which contributes to creating a positive opinion of domestic and world public on the economy of our country as well,” said Ahmet Egrlic, President of the Foreign Trade Chamber of BiH.
In the category of large companies, the acknowledgment “100 largest in the economy of BiH” was awarded to PE Elektroprivreda BiH with a total of 997,870,238 BAM of revenues, BH Telecom with 83,588,626 BAM and Prevent BH Visoko with a total of 320,529.230 BAM of exports.
The winners in the category of medium companies are HEP-Trade Mostar with 38,539,604 BAM of revenue, HETA Sarajevo with 29,692,572 BAM and HEP-Trade with a total of 34,619,387 BAM of exports.
In the category of small companies, acknowledgments were awarded to Venera from Banja Luka and PJ Tuzla with 7,801,274 BAM of revenues, H&L Group Sarajevo with 5,301,436 BAM and Vezi-Nekt with a total of 4,847,383 BAM of exports.
The largest investor in BiH for the year of 2016 is PE Elektroprivreda Ltd. Sarajevo, which realized investments in a total amount of 146,749,314 BAM.
The winners on the basis of industrial branches are FIS Vitez, Holdina Sarajevo, Bingo Tuzla, PE Elektroprivreda BiH, HIFA Petrol, Tranzitexport, Phoenix Bijeljina, BH Telecom, DEC, Project Office Stanari-Doboj, Bimal Brcko, Bajra Travnik, Standard Furniture factory Ilijas and NSOFT Mostar.
