Azerbaijan has introduced a temporary visa-free regime for citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Singapore who hold ordinary passports, writes AzerNEWS.
According to the State Migration Service of Azerbaijan, from August 1, 2026 to August 1, 2027, the obligation to have a visa for holders of ordinary passports from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Singapore traveling to Azerbaijan for tourist purposes will be abolished.
As stated, this measure was introduced with the aim of facilitating travel, strengthening bilateral cooperation and promoting tourism.
During this period, travelers who meet the conditions will be able to enter Azerbaijan without a visa up to three times and stay in the country for up to 30 days on each visit.
The State Migration Service also reminded that foreign citizens staying in Azerbaijan for more than 15 days are obliged to report their place of residence in accordance with the provisions of the Migration Code.
Since 2017, citizens of Azerbaijan do not need a visa to enter Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Citizens of this country have the right to spend up to 90 days in a period of six months from the day of first entry.
