The Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denis Bećirović, will participate in the 81st session of the General Assembly of the United Nations (UN) in New York.
Bećirović will speak today at the General Debate of the session of the UN General Assembly, which gathers heads of state and government and other high representatives of UN member states.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Elmedin Konaković, will be in New York from September 22 to 24, where he will participate in activities within the 81st session of the United Nations (UN) General Assembly.
The program includes attendance at the opening of the session of the UN General Assembly and attendance at the address of the Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denis Bećirović, before the UN General Assembly.
Also, Konaković will participate in the meeting of the American-Adriatic Charter (US – Adriatic Charter), the Summit of the Crimean Platform, the informal lunch of the leaders of the Western Balkans with the High Representative of the EU Kaja Kallas, as well as in the meeting with the Secretary General of the OSCE Feridun Sinirlioglu.
The program includes participation in the ministerial meeting of the Group of Friends of the UN for Mediation, the high-level ministerial meeting of the Global Alliance for the Implementation of the Two-State Solution organized by the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), the high-level event “Ensuring Accountability for Ukraine” and the working lunch of the South East European Cooperation Process (SEECP) and the Central European Initiative (CEI).
