Best Journalism Stories on the Environment Awarded

NAGRAÐENE NAJBOLJE NOVINARSKE PRIÈE IZ OBLASTI OKOLIŠAThe competition for the best journalism story, blog or photo report in the framework of a public campaign to raise awareness in the area of waste management ‘Clean Environment-Clean Conscience’ of the FB&H Ministry for Environment and Tourism ended yesterday with the awarding of prizes.

First place for best journalistic story went to journalist from BH Radio 1 Sanela Habeš, second place to journalist of Hayat TV Irmela Šabanović Malić and third place to Emir Felić, Editor of Ecology and Tourism of the FB&H News Agency.

The campaign aimed to raise awareness and to educate and inform the public on waste management in the FB&H.

The FB&H Minister of Environment and Tourism Branka Đurić said that the competition for the best journalistic story was one of the most important activities in the framework of the campaign due to the fact that the media was in direct contact with citizens.
