opcinaMunicipality Tuzla and the Center for Social Work Tuzla started the implementation of a project of financial and legal counseling of responsible citizens. The aim of the project is for citizens, who are not able to regularly repay their credit debt to financial institutions, to receive free legal and financial counseling.

Specific tips on how to manage problematic debts, cooperate with creditors or the court and how to act when financial institutions change the conditions of loan agreements will help citizens to solve their problems in the least painful way.

‘’It is our desire that, through a free service of financial and social advice, help citizens of Tuzla municipality in solving their debt problems. We believe that this free service, which is provided by constructive advice from our employees who have a specialized knowledge in this area, will help many in solving their problems related to returning loans’’, said Mayor of municipality Tuzla Jasmin Imamović.

Employees of municipality Tuzla and the Center for Social Work Tuzla offer consultations on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 13:00 to 15:00 on the premises of municipality Tuzla. Free counseling for responsible citizens in municipality Tuzla is supported by: European Fund for South East Europe (EFSE), Oikokredit, International Financial Corporation (IFC, part of World Bank Group) and the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Issues (SECO).
