sejdic-finciThe EU will continue to support dialogue of B&H leaders in finding a solution to the Sejdić-Finci case, and high-level talks are expected to resume in the coming weeks, announced after the meeting of the President of the National Assembly of the RS Igor Radojičić and Head of the EU Delegation to B&H and EU Special Representative to B&H Peter Sorensen.

President of the RS National Assembly Radojičić expressed skepticism that this would be possible to achieve in light of the sharper pre-election debates of political parties and the lack of agreement on the method of electing members of the B&H Presidency in the FB&H.

During the meeting, they also discussed a possible agreement on a coordination mechanism on European issues in B&H.

President of the RS National Assembly Radojičić and Ambassador Sorensen welcomed the start of the EU Twinning Project for Parliaments in B&H, which starts this week and which will contribute to the training of parliaments in the process of European integration.
