B&H Autoceste: Preparations for Construction of Počitelj – Zvirovići Began

autocesteRepresentatives of the European Investment Bank (EIB) were on a three-day visit  to Autoceste FB&H in Mostar. The completed projects of the Corridor Vc, the construction works on 6 sites, as well as future projects were presented at the meetings.

According to Autoceste FB&H, representatives of EIB visited the completed subsection Kravice-Bijača, international border crossing Bijača, the section Zvirovići – Kravice, as well as the future route Zvirovići – Počitelj.

The funding of new projects was discussed during the meeting and EIB expressed its readiness to fund the construction of the new section Zvirovići- Počitelj, 11 kilometers long. The bridge Počitelj is a part of this section as well, which is 975 m long and 87 m high. A meeting with the Mayor of Municipality Čapljina was held, where the expropriation of land and the position of the bridge Počitelj were discussed.

Besides the completion of the 102 km highway during this year, Autoceste FB&H continues with preparations for the construction of new sections on Corridor Vc.
