nagradaThe 31 co-production market CineMart Rotterdam Film Festival ended last night with prize awards and with good news for B&H cinemas. Euroimages prize for development of the most interesting European co-production was  awarded to the project “Tabija” of B&H director Igor Drljača.

This is a project of B&H production house SCCA/pro.ba and producer Adis Đapo, which developed within the co-production market CineLink, and at the 19th Sarajevo Film Festival was awarded with the Excellence prize.

Euroimages awards every year prizes in the amount of 30.000 Euros for the most promising project of the co-production market CineMart Rotterdam Film Festival.

The jury, which consisted of Annamaria Lodato (ARTE), Pierre Menahem (MPM Film) and Dorien van de Pas (Netherlands Film Fund) emphasized that “Tabija” is an extremely significant project of interesting forms and style developed by young filmmakers. The jury members stressed that they are looking forward to watching this intensive and modern film about the young post-war generation in B&H, adding that so far they did not have a chance to see such an achievement.
