BH Citizens are majority Owners of Residential Complex Sarajevo Waves (Gallery)

The company “Compact Invest” has completed the first building of Sarajevo Waves 1, and they will soon begin with the construction of Sarajevo Waves 6.

The company Compact Invest, founded by Kuwaiti investors, entered the construction of residential and business settlement Sarajevo Waves, in the settlement Otes near Sarajevo. The value of this elite neighborhood exceeds 50 million BAM.

Works on the project started in 2012 and today the first residential building “Sarajevo Waves 1” is almost completely populated.

“Compact Invest” contracted all local companies for the construction of the residential and business units for the entire project and used the highest quality materials inspired by the world’s design and standards. On the 6th of April of the current year, the company Compact Invest, led by architects Kenan Brckalija and Adnan Harambasic, received the award for the best project in front of the exhibition of architects in Collegium Artistikum.

Urban and building permits for the construction of Sarajevo Waves 6 is finished and from “Compact” announced that they will start with construction work on this office building very soon. We learn that one of the partners of this project, which will be found inside this building, is Amko Komerc Ltd.

A new dimension of housing – Waves Sarajevo, will raise BiH to a higher level of modern and quality living by world standards, which include quality materials, comfort, green roofs and safety of all current and future users.
