Yellow Meteo Alert issued for Low Temperatures and Wind

A yellow meteoalarm was issued due to increased wind for the areas of Banja Luka, Foca and Bihac, and for Sarajevo due to extremely low air temperature.

In Banja Luka and Foca, occasional wind gusts are forecast at up to 40 kilometers per hour, and Bihac between 40 and 50 kilometers per hour, it was published on the Meteoalarm website (meteoalarm.eu).

A yellow warning for the Sarajevo area was issued because the forecasted air temperature will be between minus six and minus two degrees Celsius.

When a yellow warning is issued, the weather is potentially dangerous. The weather forecast is not uncommon, but caution is required if activities that are exposed to meteorological risks are intended.
