DSC_2354_resizeThe biggest line for the production of French bread in the Balkans was recently put into operation. It is a factory Krajina Klas in the settlement Debeljaci near Banja Luka, with which this company continued to grow in this field.

This line produces 5,000 loaves of bread in an hour, and it is part of the more than 20 million BAM worth object, where they work on most modern baking equipment.

There are about 200 kinds of cakes and bakery products within the wide range of products, and the production of half-baked products that represent the top in the world bakery started as well. Also, they are planning to start with exports of bread in Slovenia and Croatia.

“We had an increase of over 20 % in the field of production and sale last year, so that was one of the better years, and we are holding this trend in recent years. Currently, we export cakes in Slovenia and Croatia, and these are some serious amounts. We have the capability to export to other markets as well, however, we are limited to the capacity and number of employees. You cannot grow too fast. We can sell more than we can produce,” said Trivic.

The plan of this company for the future is to become a regional leader in the production of bread and pastries and take over the entire market of the former Yugoslavia.
