Members of the Association of Applied Artists and Designers of Bosnia and Herzegovina (ULUPUBiH), Sasa Vidakovic and Dalida Karic – Hadziahmetovic won awards at the prestigious Graphis competition.
Vidakovic won the award Graphis Gold Social & Political Protest Poster, and Dalida Karic – Hadziahmetovic won the award Graphis Silver Social&Political Protest Poster in New York.
Graphis was founded in 1944 in Zurich, and moved the headquarters to New York in 1986. Every year, Graphis invites leading experts in the field of photography, illustration and graphical design to apply to the competition.
Among thousands of applicants every year, Graphis jury chose the strongest works in the individual category.
The selected designers are published in the yearbook and will get Graphis Platinum, Gold and Silver awards. Graphis gathers and allocate awards to designers in the peak of their carrier.
Winners were awarded by statues created by the New York agency Society Awards.
