B&H For First Time at Tourism and Gastronomy Fair in Warsaw

varsava_sajamA delegation of B&H, made up of representatives of the B&H Foreign Trade Chamber, Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations B&H, FB&H Ministry of Environment and Tourism, Ministry of Trade and Tourism of RS, Brčko District government, as well as representatives of the Tourist Board of FB&H and Tourist Board of RS, had the chance for the first time to present the tourist potential and offers of B&H at the international fair for tourism and gastronomy LATO 2014. It was held in Warsaw.

Within the visit, organized by Project ‘EU Tourism B&H’, financed by the EU to B&H, a meeting was organized of the B&H delegation with representatives of the Ministry of Tourism and Sport of the Republic of Poland, as well as with representatives of the Chamber of Tourism of Poland.

The aim of the meeting was the presentation of the tourist potential of B&H and a discussion on the possibilities of future cooperation, and especially in the light of the experience of Polish institutions responsible for tourism. At the meeting, it was highlighted that Poland is currently ranked fifth in the number of tourist visits to B&H. Due to this, it gains an importance. Representatives of the Embassy of B&H in Poland attended the meeting.
