B&H helping to Refugees as well: The Goal is to raise 50.000 Dollars in 35 Days

Arslan Berbic for Refugees klix.ba 2Although the refugees from the Middle East for the time being do not enter BH territory on their route towards the Western Europe, the number of BH citizens who wish to help the unfortunate people in different ways is increasing.

One of them is Arslan Berbic, who decided to realize his wish via online media using his acquaintances, transparency, and good will.

“In the past month, I have been surprised by the tragedy we can see on the TV, and which is happening in the neighboring countries. The very number of 80.000 refugees who entered Serbia is unbelievable, because we all know how unready our countries are for such a number of people”, said Berbic who emphasizes the continuity of the tragedy in which people do not have food, water, nor money for the accommodation of their families.

“Considering this, I have launched a campaign on Indiegogo, where it is planned to raise 50.000 dollars in 35 days. We have raised 160 dollars overnight, donated by one gentleman who went to the same school as I, and two Americans of Bosnian origin who went to USA during the war”, said Berbic.

Indiegogo is one of the most famous websites through which raising money for a whole range of different campaigns is organized.
