Members of NGO “Svjetlo” after the award ceremony will visit the museum and will become familiar with the restoration of paintings.

“We have collected financial means for restoration of paintings of B&H national heroes by selling handmade works of the participants of “ArT LiNe” workshop, which was held in December at MC Mercator”, announced NGO “Svjetlo”.

“Restoration in progress” is a project which marks the beginning of modernization of art collections of the B&H Historical Museum. It also includes arranging of premises, where art pieces are saved, as well as the restoration of art pieces. 400,00 BAM are necessary to allocate for the restoration of one painting. So far, 51 art pieces are saved in this way from further deterioration.
