BH Telecom: Dividend 110 Million KM

Bh-TelecomOn Thursday, on the Assembly of BH Telecom shareholders adopted the decision on allocation of profit obtained in 2013. According to the decision, dividend amounts to 110 million KM, same as the last 2 years.

According to the adopted decision, except for dividend for shareholders, the profit of BH Telecom, which was 113, 15 million KM gross, will be arranged on the income tax of 13,967.849 KM, accumulated investment income  and for donations to private persons 1,191.810 KM.

This year, resources for reserve funds will not be allocated, because the company did not fulfill the legal obligation for this item. BH Telecom achieved income of 593,2 million KM and expense of 460,0 million KM.

The income before taxation was 133,15 million KM, which is lower amount than last year, when it was 141,85 million KM.

Mustafa Kurtić, assistant of the executive director for financial business, said that BH Telecom conducted business in the provocative conditions on the market, with the existence of Skype, Viber and Whats App, which all had an important influence.

Moreover, the lowering of prices of interconnected services, which was imposed by the Regulatory Agency for communication, also influenced the business.
